One surprising thing the first time you come to China is to see young couples wearing the same t-shirt in the streets. In Western countries, wearing the same t-shirt is an horrible thing and you will go right back home to change your clothes. In China, it is more seen as a sweet thing. It is a way to show your love and to show people that you are not single. Wearing the same t-shirt is also useful when you are trying to find your partner in the crowded Chinese streets!

OK, it’s sweet, it’s useful …
But here, in France, it could be a sign of submission to the other. Or it’s just that you have no personal identity outside of the couple.
So, another difference of culture. For me, this one is amazing !
